Welcome to a blog about the Globalization, Governance and Technology Graduate Summer Study Abroad Program in Geneva, Switzerland run by the Communication, Culture and Technology Graduate Program at Georgetown University. The program started in Summer 2007 and continues for the third summer in 2009, taking undergraduate and graduate students to Geneva for an intensive four-week, six-credit graduate program. The program is directed by Dr. J.P. Singh from Georgetown, and we partner with the Graduate Institute in Geneva to offer the program. The program is unique among other international affairs programs in that we look at technology’s role in global governance. Program dates for 2009 are June 11-July 11. Refer to the CCT Geneva website for more details about the program and to sign up for our mailing list.
Applications are closed for 2009, and information on applying for Summer 2010 will be available in Fall 2009.
Program participants post entries about and photos from their time in Geneva in this space, so stay tuned in Summer 2009 for more entries from Geneva!
